Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name and email address (provided through our authentication provider). We also collect usage data such as the number of conversions performed and the types of content submitted.

Source content (YouTube URLs, audio files, and text) is processed temporarily to generate blog posts and is not stored permanently after conversion is complete. Generated blog posts are stored in your account for your access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process your content conversions; (c) manage your account and subscription; (d) communicate with you about the Service; and (e) improve our Service and user experience.

3. AI Processing

Your source content is sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI) for processing. This processing is subject to the AI provider's terms and privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models. Content is processed on-demand and not retained by the AI provider beyond the processing session.

4. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., AI processing, payment processing, hosting); (b) law enforcement when required by law; and (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may delete your conversion history at any time through the dashboard. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. These tools collect anonymized usage data and do not track you across other websites.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) object to or restrict processing; and (e) data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

11. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Policy
