AnyThingToBlog is an AI-powered content conversion tool that transforms YouTube video transcripts, audio recordings, and text content into blog posts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate written content based on user-provided source material.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by AnyThingToBlog is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publication.

AI-generated content may contain factual errors, unintentional similarities to existing works, or other issues. You acknowledge that you are the publisher of any content you choose to use and accept full responsibility for its accuracy and legality.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the source content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating blog posts. Generated output is provided to you for your use, but we do not claim ownership of AI-generated content.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any content you submit, including YouTube videos, audio files, and text. You must not submit content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

6. Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content generated through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at: [email protected].

Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: (a) generate content that violates any law or regulation; (b) create content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead; (c) produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (d) generate hateful, harassing, or threatening content; (e) circumvent usage limits or access controls; (f) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models; or (g) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

8. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYTHINGTOBLOG AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any AI-generated content, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnyThingToBlog, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you submit or publish; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
